I am an Accredited Sports Dietitian, with 15 years of experieUnknownnce in the dietary management of professional, elite and amateur athletes. I am a visiting lecturer on the MSc Sports Nutrition course at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, and nutritionist to TASS athletes and Lead Sports Nutritionist at the St Mary’s Sports Clinic, Twickenham.
